This is a great pediment that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian.
It is made of Walnut and is painted.
Originally it was part of a built in armoire.
There are 2 ornate carved corbels flanking a central spoon carved panel.
There are carved brackets and molding all along the top.
It measures 55.75 inches wide, 12.5 tall and 2.75 deep at the thickest point.
Overall it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. Please look at the pictures carefully.
We use Fe.dEx Ground and insurance is included. Our standard handling time is 5 business days as we have items professionally packed.
Payment should be made within 5 business days unless you make other arrangements in advance.
Terms of Sale
I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch.
My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and Michelle
